Hello hello hello!
Last week, right after the webinar about Year-End fundraising, I sent you some links to important case studies.
And today I just want to highlight one that is truly a MUST READ. Not only because it’s inspiring, but because it shows what’s possible when a small team has a clear plan and strong message.Last year, Dzīvnieku Brīvība in Latvia brought in 419 new regular donors through their Year-End campaign.
Their team didn’t have a huge budget or a big communications department – but they had focus, boldness, and the support of the Year-End group.
Alise from Latvia written up a full case study, and I think you’ll find it both practical and inspiring:
➡️ If you haven’t yet, read the campaign story hereAs you read it, imagine what it would mean for your organisation to bring in 100, 200, or even 400 regular donors in one campaign. What would that make possible for you in the year 2026 – for your team, your work, the animals you’re fighting for.
If this feels exciting, join the Year-End’25 support group. It’s a space where organisations across Europe prepare together, share their plans, learn from each other, and build something stronger than what we could do alone.
The support group launches in October – here’s the form to apply:
👉 Apply to Year-End’25No pressure at all – just wanted to make sure you had both links on hand in case you’re ready to dive in.
And if you want to talk it through, have questions or just want to brainstorm ideas, reply any time.
Also, feel free to let me know if you do not want to get anymore emails from me regarding the Year-End'25 group.
Warmly,
